As a Junior Software Engineer at Prinkipia, you will work alongside experienced engineers to develop innovative software solutions. This is an excellent opportunity to grow your skills and contribute to impactful projects.

Your Profile:

• Some experience or strong academic background in software development with Java and Spring Boot

• Understanding of object-oriented design principles

• Basic knowledge of API design principles and API management

• Exposure to AWS is desirable

• Knowledge of other programming languages/stacks such as Python, Node.js, or Go is desirable

• Familiarity with modern web application frameworks such as Quarkus, Micronaut, or NestJS is a plus

• Exposure to Kubernetes is desirable

• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken

• Strong analytical skills and a collaborative mindset

• Enthusiastic about experimenting with and assessing different solutions

• Ability to present findings in a clear and well-documented manner

Your Profile:

• Some experience or strong academic background in frontend development with HTML5, JavaScript, and CSS

• Familiarity with ReactJS and/or AngularJS frameworks

• Understanding in micro frontend architecture is highly desirable

• Eagerness to learn and adhere to clean coding practices, test coverage, and continuous design improvement

• Basic knowledge of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility

• Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset

• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken

• Deep understanding of object-oriented design principles

• Experience with domain-driven design and modern software architectural patterns (e.g., Clean Architecture, Hexagonal Architecture)

• Commitment to clean coding, test coverage, continuous design improvement, and code refactoring

• Strong knowledge of API design principles and API management

• Experience with AWS is highly desirable

• Proficiency in another programming language/stack such as Python, Node.js, or Go is desirable

• Experience with modern web application frameworks such as Quarkus, Micronaut, or NestJS is desirable

• Experience with Kubernetes is desirable

4.Senior Product Owner – Cairo

As a Senior Product Owner at Prinkipia, you will play a pivotal role in guiding our product vision and strategy. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our products meet market needs and drive business growth.

Your Responsibilities:

• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap

• Gather and prioritize requirements from stakeholders, customers, and market analysis

• Translate high-level product requirements into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria

• Collaborate with development teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality products on time

• Serve as the primary point of contact for product-related questions and issues

• Continuously assess and improve the product development process

• Monitor product performance and gather feedback to drive continuous improvement

• Lead product launches and ensure effective communication with all stakeholders

• Several years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role in software development

• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies

• Proven ability to define and prioritize a product backlog

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Experience with market research

• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar

• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken

• Knowledge of the German language is a strong plus
